Ingredients
- 100g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 200ml plant-based milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for frying
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
Steps to Prepare
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour , baking powder and salt.
- Pour in the plant milk and olive oil and mix to make a smooth batter.
- Quickly stir in the vinegar into the batter mixture, then pour a little in the middle of a hot pan.
