Mushroom and Walnut Bolognese

Ingredients
Steps to Prepare
  1. Firstly, add the mushrooms, walnuts, onion, carrot, garlic to a food processor and pulse (don't over blend) as you want texture.
  2. Heat a pan with oil and add in the mince along with the dried herbs and fry for a few minutes.
  3. Now add the chopped tomatoes, water, tamari, stock pot, pinch of salt, pepper and simmer with the lid on for 10 minutes. Meanwhile boil the spaghetti.
  4. Finally, stir through the fresh basil and drained pasta and it's ready to serve.
