Ingredients
- 30g chia seeds
- 180g vegan yogurt
- 1 shot of coffee
- 10ml maple syrup (honey works too)
- 5g cacao powder
Steps to Prepare
- In a medium-sized bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, yogurt, coffee and maple syrup. Stir thoroughly to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. this allows the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken into a pudding-like consistency.
- Before serving, sprinkle with a generous amount of cacao powder.
